Mary Rains has over five years of experience working with Chambers of Commerce and brings a strong background in management. She is passionate about supporting local businesses and community efforts that help small towns thrive. She believes in making her community a great place to live, work, and play, and loves collaborating with others who share that vision. Outside of work, she is a proud mom and wife who loves to spend time in the outdoors hunting and enjoying nature.
Kellye Rodriguez
Office Manager
Kellye Rodriguez serves as the Chamber’s Office Manager. She is the backbone of daily operations, keeping the office organized and ensuring every detail is handled with care. Kellye plays a key role in preparing the team for events, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Her attention to detail and dependable nature help set the Chamber up for success. Kellye takes pride in supporting the team and contributing to a well-run organization that serves the community. Kellye and her husband Frank have one daughter and three grandchildren. They enjoy watching their grandsons play sports and soaking in time with family.
Piper Pack
Marketing Specialist
Piper Pack is a lifelong Andrews resident who is soon to graduate from Tarleton State University with a degree in Marketing. She is passionate about creative marketing strategies and supporting local businesses and community initiatives. Having grown up in Andrews, Piper brings a strong appreciation for the town’s people, traditions, and small-town pride. She enjoys using her skills to help promote community events and strengthen local connections. Piper is excited to begin her professional career while continuing to give back to the community she proudly calls home.
